When we receive a new order, our payment security team carefully reviews the transaction to ensure everything is safe and secure, especially since we handle a large number of smartphone orders. Once the review is complete, our logistics team begins processing and packaging your order for delivery. This is why order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Rest assured, this extra step helps us protect both your payment and your order, ensuring it arrives safely and accurately.

 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Most products ship from Hong Kong, with a few from Australia, and processing usually takes up to 3 business days. For air freight, packages typically reach the Hong Kong airport in 2–3 days, though tracking updates may not appear immediately on courier websites. For sea freight, tracking updates won’t be available until the package arrives in your destination country, and delivery can take 15–25 days. Your package passes through multiple customs along the way, but rest assured, we take full responsibility for ensuring it reaches you safely.

 

Yes, we can ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your order’s weight, size, and destination. To get an accurate estimate, simply add the items to your cart and enter your country at checkout. According to our shipping policy, you’ll also see options for standard air freight, express delivery, or sea freight when available, so you can choose the method that best fits your budget and timeline.
