Delivery Failures
If your package is returned due to any of the following:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable or incorrect phone number
- Uncollected parcel
- Unavailable to sign
- Refused delivery
- Courier access denied
- No safe location for Authority to Leave
- Refusal or failure to pay import tax
A re-delivery fee will apply and must be paid before dispatching again.
If you request a refund after failed delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
General Return
We strive for your utmost satisfaction with your purchase. Considering that the majority of our items are limited editions, opening the package significantly impacts the value of the goods. If you change your mind after the tracking number has been generated, you can return the unopened items or items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable import tax or duty fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return label, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. In such cases, we will either refund your full purchase amount or send you a replacement item, based on your preference.
Package Damage and Product Functionality
We understand that minor package damage might occur during transit without affecting the product's functionality. For such cases, we offer partial refunds covering no more than 1/5 of the item's selling price, depending on the condition of the damage. If you find your item's functionality compromised due to package damage, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.
