The sides of the box showcase the fire element pattern, immersing you in the ambiance of Liyue Harbor. Opening the box reveals a familiar scene: a multi-layered paper representation of Liyue Harbor, adorned with Xiangling and her loyal companion, Guoba.
Why Xiangling, you may wonder? OnePlus chose her as the game's avatar for the Ace 2 because of the parallel they share. Xiangling, although obtainable for free in the game, possesses formidable power and is a favorite among players. Similarly, the Ace 2 offers impressive performance for its mid-range status, a reminder that it too is a force to be reckoned with.
The box holds two drawers, with the main course of the lunch box experience residing within. The first drawer contains accessories neatly placed in a 'custom manual.' The manual, featuring a prominent Guoba head, is substantial and visually appealing, with Guoba's eyes changing from different angles. Turning the pages, you'll find the table of contents and welcoming Chinese words, followed by a pop-up card displaying Xiangling and Guoba in a fighting posture. The left side features Xiangling's battle cry in Chinese, evoking a sense of nostalgia for the game. Adjacent to the manual, a refine scroll poster of Xiangling catches the eye, initially resembling a new recipe created by the talented chef.
While the accessories are aesthetically pleasing, it's worth noting that they may not match the surprise factor of the Hutao edition. There is no custom phone case, the pin is not weapon-themed, and no primogems are included. Even the poster is a print from the in-game image, unlike the special poster created exclusively for Hutao by OnePlus.
The Phone
The second drawer reveals the phone itself, accompanied by the standard Ace 2 accessories, making it unnecessary to repeat them. The exclusive Genshin Impact edition boasts a red leather-like variant with stitch design on both sides, akin to the Redmi K60. However, there is no Genshin Impact element on the back panel. Apart from the distinct back color, the phone's appearance remains similar to the standard Ace 2 model.
Custom Software
Powering on the phone reveals the customized theme UI, an essential aspect of co-branded devices. Dynamic wallpapers and customized icons take center stage, highlighting the attention to detail in these collaborations. OnePlus has gone the extra mile by incorporating a burning effect for the charging animation, and the small chili pepper makes a delightful appearance as you type using the default keyboard.

Delivery Failures
In the event a consignment is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address was provided.
- An incorrect or unreachable phone number was provided.
- You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot.
- You were unavailable to sign for the delivery.

- The courier could not access the property.
- You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location.

A re-delivery fee will be calculated for your address and must be paid before re-dispatch.
If you request a refund after delivery failure, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by Panda Wagon to the delivery contractor from your refund.

General Return
We strive for your utmost satisfaction with your purchase. Considering that the majority of our items are limited editions, opening the package significantly impacts the value of the goods. If you change your mind after the tracking number has been generated, you can return the unopened items or items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable import tax or duty fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return label, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. In such cases, we will either refund your full purchase amount or send you a replacement item, based on your preference.
Package Damage and Product Functionality
We understand that minor package damage might occur during transit without affecting the product's functionality. For such cases, we offer partial refunds covering no more than 1/5 of the item's selling price, depending on the condition of the damage.
