OnePlus has officially announced that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will once again collaborate with Genshin Impact. Kirara is the Gold Level Courier of the Inazuma-based Komaniya Express. Her diligence in ensuring every package would be delivered to the right place has increased her company's renown and hers, making her the sole courier handling international deliveries.
Additionally, the official caption mentions "verdant green", which corresponds to the character's theme color, suggesting that the collaboration edition may be customized around this color scheme.
Given that OnePlus released the Ace 3 Genshin Impact Keqing customized version in February, it's likely that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro won't have a fully customized version but will instead be released as a Kirara-themed gift box. In other words, the OnePlus Ace3 Pro Kirara-themed gift box won't have Kirara image or logo on the phone itself, but it will have customized charging animations, wallpapers, themes, app icons, and peripherals like a phone case, SIM ejector pin, and stickers featuring Kirara elements.
The OnePlus Ace3 Pro included in the gift box is expected to be in a verdant green color, matching Kirara's theme color. Of course, it's possible that OnePlus will still redesign the OnePlus Ace3 Pro from the inside out for this collaboration with Kirara. We'll have to wait for OnePlus' official announcement for more details.

Delivery Failures
In the event a consignment is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address was provided.
- An incorrect or unreachable phone number was provided.
- You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot.
- You were unavailable to sign for the delivery.
- You refused the delivery.
- The courier could not access the property.
- You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location.
- You failed or refused to pay the import tax in your country.
A re-delivery fee will be calculated for your address and must be paid before re-dispatch.
If you request a refund after delivery failure, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by Panda Wagon to the delivery contractor from your refund.

General Return
We strive for your utmost satisfaction with your purchase. Considering that the majority of our items are limited editions, opening the package significantly impacts the value of the goods. If you change your mind after the tracking number has been generated, you can return the unopened items or items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable import tax or duty fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return label, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. In such cases, we will either refund your full purchase amount or send you a replacement item, based on your preference.
Package Damage and Product Functionality
We understand that minor package damage might occur during transit without affecting the product's functionality. For such cases, we offer partial refunds covering no more than 1/5 of the item's selling price, depending on the condition of the damage.
