The MelGeek Centauri 80 Rei Edition is an officially licensed Evangelion keyboard, authorized by Khara, in EVA-00 light blue and white. The EVA-00 insignia is laser-etched on the chassis flank, a REI identity plate sits in the frame, and the underside is engraved with Rei's words "You Won't Die. I Will Protect You." along with her signature. Each unit is individually serialized, and it is a limited run with no restock planned.
This magnetic switch keyboard uses Flip King magnetic white switches (35 ± 10 gf, 0.1–3.4 mm travel, 100 million clicks) with 8000Hz polling, 16000Hz scanning and 0.125 ms latency. Rapid Trigger adjusts from 0.01 to 2.5 mm in 0.01 mm steps, alongside Snap Tap, adjustable dead zones, N-key rollover and hot-swap sockets.
The 1.78-inch OLED touchscreen comes preloaded with a Rei portrait and accepts your own JPG, PNG or GIF wallpapers, with a cool-silver CNC aluminum knob and a red action key beside it. A leaf-spring gasket mount and five damping layers give a deep, even sound, the frame lighting and switch backlight are controlled separately, and MelGeek HIVE runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. The box adds a Rei envelope, seven extra keycaps including a "THE FIRST GIRL" key and a keyboard case, making this MelGeek Centauri a true collector's EVA keyboard.
