General Return

If you change your mind after the tracking number has been generated, you can return the unopened items or items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable import tax or duty fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return label, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. Package Damage and Product Functionality
