Delivery Failures
In the event a consignment is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address was provided.
- An incorrect or unreachable phone number was provided.
- You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot.
- You were unavailable to sign for the delivery.
- You refused the delivery.
- The courier could not access the property.
- You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location.
- You failed or refused to pay the import tax in your country.
A re-delivery fee will be calculated for your address and must be paid before re-dispatch.
If you request a refund after delivery failure, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by Panda Wagon to the delivery contractor from your refund.
Custom Clearance, Duty & Tax
Customers are responsible for all incurring customs duties and taxes.
Due to frequent changes in customs regulations in different countries, delays and additional charges may occur. Panda Wagon takes reasonable measures to adhere to global shipping standards but cannot account for all specific local regulations. Please research applicable local laws in your country.
General Return
We strive for your utmost satisfaction with your purchase. Considering that the majority of our items are limited editions, opening the package significantly impacts the value of the goods. If you change your mind after the tracking number has been generated, you can return the unopened items or items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable import tax or duty fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return label, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. In such cases, we will either refund your full purchase amount or send you a replacement item, based on your preference.
Package Damage and Product Functionality
We understand that minor package damage might occur during transit without affecting the product's functionality. For such cases, we offer partial refunds covering no more than 1/5 of the item's selling price, depending on the condition of the damage. If you find your item's functionality compromised due to package damage, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days for your bank to process our refund request. In many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly.
